How long was your internship?
Who was your immediate supervisor?
What department were you working in?
What was the best thing about working in that department?
I learned a lot and everybody was so kind
Do you think that the department was working to its full potential?
How would you describe your first day in the ANCHOVY. offices?
I was little nervous but everyone was so kind and the atmosphere was really chill so it was really good; more than I expected
What did you enjoy the most during your stay with ANCHOVY.?
The fact that you don’t have to work from a desk – you can work from anywhere you want
Is there anything that you disliked during your stay with ANCHOVY.
Who made you laugh the most during your stay?
Antoine – he was really fun. And also the interns Sarah, Léa and Remi.
In your opinion is there anything we can do different to make things better for Interns?
I think it depends on the department but for me everything was clear and if I needed anything I could talk to Neal and if he wasn’t there I could slack him so it was all really good
Given the opportunity would you consider working for ANCHOVY. in the future?
Maybe not now, I’m going back to Belgium for now; I need a break from Malta
How would you describe the Founders?
I didn’t talk to them much but they seem really cool; not like the big boss. They look like every other colleague and every morning they’re greeting everyone and they’re really kind
Did you find all the help you needed to follow through the program?
Yes, there was always someone to help; either Neal or you, or even other colleagues or interns. It’s really easy to find someone if you need help
What’s the one thing you are taking with you from being at ANCHOVY.?
I learned more about programming and WordPress. Working here was really chill and even though I’m shy the environment made it really easy to ask for help
How did you handle any difficulties you came across?
At first I search by myself but if it’s really hard to find it myself I would ask for help
What did you think about the Office culture / environment?
I really like it, really. I hope I can find something in Belgium that’s chill and relax. You have to work of course, but you don’t really feel the pressure. I like the fact that there’s music playing all the time as well because I like to work while listening to music
What about Fridays?
I love Fridays; when people cook it’s really great and it’s a good moment to share with other people. And it’s good that you can stay after work and get to know everyone
Do you feel like you accomplished what you wanted to accomplish from your internship?
How do you feel about leaving?
I’m a little sad
Is there anything we can do to make leaving easier?
Is there anything else you want to add?
Thank you and goodbye; it was a really great internship; a lot better than I ever expected
